Taking out the Transcript
 A student can get the official transcript throughout the period of his/her study both in Arabic or English, noting that it is possible to print out the transcript via the academic system portal, but it is not official.
 The mechanism of taking out the transcript is as follows:

  - Showing the university ID or the governmental proof of identity.

  - The required number of copies is printed out on special official paper with security features.

  - Ten riyals is charged as a fee for printing out each copy of the transcript. 

Notice :

 An authorization signed by the student and approved by an official authority is requested in the event that the student is unable to come in person to receive the transcript.
